By making a purchase from ApexFled, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products
All products sold by ApexFled are digital products and may be delivered automatically or through the delivery methods specified on the product page.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered to the customer.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Once a product has been delivered, made available, or sent to the customer, no refund requests will be accepted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accidental purchases.
- Change of mind after purchasing.
- Purchasing the wrong product.
- Failure to properly read the product description.
- Issues caused by improper use of the product.
- Issues caused by sharing, modifying, or altering the purchased account or product.
- Loss of access caused by actions taken by the customer after delivery.
- Changes, restrictions, bans, or modifications made by third-party platforms.
3. Before Purchasing
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product description, duration, features, requirements, and any additional information provided before completing their purchase.
By completing a payment, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the information regarding the purchased product.
4. Products With Issues
If a product has an issue immediately after delivery, the customer must contact our support team so that we can review the situation.
Where applicable, ApexFled may provide a solution, replacement, or assistance according to the specific conditions of the purchased product.
This does not constitute a guarantee of a refund.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before opening a dispute or chargeback with a bank, PayPal, or any other payment provider, the customer must contact ApexFled Support to attempt to resolve any issue related to their order.
Attempts to obtain a refund through false claims, fraudulent activity, or unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension or permanent restriction of future purchases.
6. Acceptance
By making a purchase from ApexFled, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
ApexFled reserves the right to update this policy whenever necessary.
